As a key member of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dynamic team of recruiters across the region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment processes and strategies, guiding your team through clear expectations, consistent communication, and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource balancing and Agile coordination to support successful early talent, experienced, and executive recruitment
  • Process ownership and execution of talent acquisition processes across the region
  • Team leadership and performance improvement through clear expectations, capability-building, and continuous feedback
  • End-to-end recruitment responsibilities for professional and senior-level roles within the region
  • Partnerships and technology management to support achievement of goals and cost-savings initiatives
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure a consistent experience that invites a globally diverse population
  • Business partnership and stakeholder management to ensure goal alignment and process effectiveness

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and operations environment
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team of recruiters or sourcing specialists
  • Highly proficient E2E recruitment, talent advisory, and attraction skills
  • English fluency, both written and spoken

Preferred requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, organizational psychology, HR, or equivalent
  • Experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility
  • Proven track record of managing priorities, resources, and expectations across a broad range of business leaders and countries
  • German and/or Urdu fluency, both written and spoken

  • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, iCIMS, SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Knowledge and understanding of legal and recruiting-related regulations within the region
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
