Superintendent PharmacistRightangledWe are seeking a talented Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading a team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of Rightangled Pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring the pharmacy meets all legal and ethical requirements, including GPhC and MHRA regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the pharmacy's customer base, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve the company's sales and performance KPIs, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new services and products, while optimising existing operations to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to adapt and innovate in a competitive market.
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and healthcare professionals to expand the pharmacy's reach and services.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the pharmacy's digital presence, improve marketing efforts and optimise the online customer journey.
Requirements
  • GPhC registration
  • Independent Prescriber
  • 6+ months of prescribing experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing pharmacy operations.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of UK pharmacy regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and safety standards.
  • Commercially astute with a strong focus on achieving targets, and KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
