We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team at the London Bridge Hospital, a leading provider of cancer care in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pharmacy service in oncology and haematology, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy, with experience in oncology and haematology. They will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and technicians, and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The post-holder will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines, and will work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care.

The successful candidate will be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and will have a postgraduate diploma or masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent. They will also have experience in aseptic production and in haematology, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of clinical pharmacy.

Requirements:
