Job Description

Innova Solutions International is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling activities to ensure the efficient execution of offshore windfarm and oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for vessels, resources, spares, tools, and contractors across the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Optimization: Propose innovative ways to balance available resources against project requirements to maximize resource productivity and efficiency.
  • Resource Modeling: Develop and maintain resource models to optimize yield and minimize waste.
  • Logistic Planning: Plan and coordinate logistic solutions to maximize time spent on wind turbines and minimize travel times and distances.
Requirements:
  • Planning and Scheduling Tools: Proficient in MS Project and other planning and scheduling software.
  • SAP Experience: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP, including data analysis and management.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
