Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Howells Solution. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of construction projects, including external refurbishment programs, to occupied properties in the Brent area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site rules, and company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress and performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Project and other project management software.
