Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Howells Solution. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of construction projects, including external refurbishment programs, to occupied properties in the Brent area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site rules, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Project and other project management software.
