Fire Consultant Opportunity

Brandon James is seeking a highly skilled Fire Consultant to join its team of experts in South East London.

The successful candidate will conduct type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments, review FRA's and Fire strategies, and provide quality and technical monitoring on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
  • Review FRA's and Fire strategies
  • Provide quality and technical monitoring on construction projects
  • Liaise with clients to provide complete and competent fire safety advice
  • Keep up with current legislation, Fire Safety strategies, and Fire Management plans

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of British Standards and be able to identify solutions to Fire safety-related problems. They will also be able to support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
  • FRAR register (Fire Risk Assessor Register)
  • Experience visiting sites to do type 1-4 risk assessments
  • Fire Door and Compartmentation surveys
  • Bluebeam
  • Fire safety and strategy development

In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE), 25 days holiday allowance, remote/flexible working policy, laptop or iPad provided, petrol allowance/travel allowance, and funded courses.
