Job Title: Charitable Finance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Charitable Finance Specialist to join our team at Goodstack. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in accounting, audit, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with diverse accounting standards across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for Trustees and Foundations Manager, providing clear and accurate financial information and insights.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounting standards across various jurisdictions to ensure all financial activities are compliant.
  • Manage relationships with external accounting and tax firms, ensuring their services align with our Foundations needs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 1-3 years post-qualified experience.
  • A broad understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, US GAAP).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex processes clearly.
