Job Title: Adults Community Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in the Adults Community Rehabilitation Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to adults in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for adults with various physical disabilities
  • Provide direct intervention, consultation, and education to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor students and provisional members

Requirements:

  • Masters or Baccalaureate Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba
  • Eligible for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook/Email
  • Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French)

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing rehabilitation services to adults in a community setting. The position requires a valid driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle, and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.
