Revenue Protection Specialist

Role Overview
As a key member of the DX team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers are paying the correct revenue for the products being sent through the DX Freight network. This involves supporting the growth of revenue in line with customer contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough checks of suspect freight to ensure accurate weighing and cubing.
- Research customer bases to identify reasons for incorrect declarations.
- Collaborate with Depot Sales Managers to resolve charging exemptions and update products with correct rates and weights.
- Actively partner with Sales teams to educate customers on their duty of care to our workers and promote correct weights.
- Work with GM/OM/Shift Managers to ensure teams are physically scanning products to gain additional revenue in line with contractual agreements.
- Identify new customers and opportunities to raise revenue and educate the workforce to actively seek these out.
- Conduct spot checks on customers' freight based on trends of incorrect declaration.
- Maintain and utilize 'checking' equipment and technology.
- Escalate concerns to Depot Management teams as necessary.
