## Revenue Protection Specialist

As a key member of the DX team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are paying the correct revenue for the products being sent through our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify customers who are not declaring their goods correctly and work with them to resolve the issue.
- Collaborate with Depot Sales Managers to understand charging exemptions and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with Sales to educate customers about their duty of care to our workers and promote correct weight declaration.
- Work closely with GM/OM/Shift Managers to ensure the team is physically scanning product to gain additional revenue for the business.
- Identify opportunities to raise revenue and educate the workforce to actively look for new customers and opportunities.
- Monitor customer freight and ensure 'checking' equipment/technology is maintained and in use.
- Educate and train the team to ensure they are equipped to handle revenue protection responsibilities.
