Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Intervention Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd in Woking. The successful candidate will provide support to children aged 9-16 years who have social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
The Role:
As an Intervention Teacher, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to support students with their social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will also provide one-to-one and group support to students, as well as contribute to the development of our school's curriculum.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child development, social and emotional learning, and trauma-informed practice. You will also need to be able to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
