About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Brewood School in Deal. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in their educational and social development, providing individualized support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide support inside and outside of the classroom, engaging students in a wide range of activities and helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Help to set up activities for students, using technology or adjusting the environment to suit their needs.
  • Support teachers in the classroom, providing learning support and reacting to situations in a positive and non-disruptive manner.
  • Work one-to-one with some students, providing them with the time and support they need to learn and thrive.
