Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stroke Administration Assistant to join our team at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide essential administrative support within our busy Stroke Department. Your responsibilities will include managing patient data, interacting with patients, and contributing to a seamless, high-quality service.

Main Duties of the Job

You will provide administrative support to both multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include managing clinic information, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and retrieving patient data through the EHRS system (Epic) and SSNAP. You will address queries from patients, other departments, and external contacts with professionalism and efficiency.

A key part of your role will be to support the clinical team during weekly Neurovascular multidisciplinary meetings, including taking detailed minutes and maintaining an action tracker. You will also contribute to the achievement of UCLH's top ten objectives and uphold our Trust values, behaviours, and standards.
