About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Modern Apprentice to join our Prestwick site. As an integral part of our team, you will gain practical experience and develop theoretical knowledge while obtaining formal qualifications recognized within the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks to the highest quality standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and safe working practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Performing Engineering Operations (PEO) at SCQF Level 5 or Foundation Apprenticeship in Engineering completed by July 2025.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
  • High degree of flexibility, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
