Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst - Billing Operations to join our Finance team at GE Aviation. This role is ideal for an analytical candidate who is eager to develop their expertise in revenue recognition, cost of goods sold, and cash flow management within a manufacturing finance organization.

In this Analyst role, you will collaborate with internal functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Aerospace MRO process, including customer delivery and commercial contract terms. You will utilize your interpersonal skills to liaise with departments across the business, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate financial reporting and metric analysis
  • Collaborating with Customer, Materials, and Engineering teams to ensure invoicing accurately reflects initial quote and work scope
  • Managing billing controllership topics, including account reconciliations and warranty invoice process
  • Reviewing and managing Aged WIP and project closure to ensure all costs are captured and billed

  • Demonstrate flexibility and work within a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of SAP
