About the Role:
- You will assist our team of expert mortgage and protection consultants to progress customer cases in a timely manner.
- Your main responsibilities will include working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team, fully vetting and assessing recruits, introducing new network members, and reviewing current adviser applications.
- You will ensure decisions consider the impact on customers and demonstrate transparency, fairness, and consumer outcomes.
Main Accountabilities:
- To work effectively with Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team to provide comprehensive support throughout the application process.
- To assess new applications according to network processes and procedures.
- To review employment/self-employment/gaps in employment references for the last 6 years.
- To complete due diligence searches for individuals in line with network processes and procedures.
- To maintain and input application details into Broker Services Workflow.
About You:
- You will be highly organised, computer literate, and trusted to work with minimal supervision.
- As an Administrator, you will manage a fast-moving and ever-changing case load, requiring flexibility and the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
- Prior administrative experience is required, although property and mortgage experience is not essential.
