About the Role:

  • You will assist our team of expert mortgage and protection consultants to progress customer cases in a timely manner.
  • Your main responsibilities will include working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team, fully vetting and assessing recruits, introducing new network members, and reviewing current adviser applications.
  • You will ensure decisions consider the impact on customers and demonstrate transparency, fairness, and consumer outcomes.


Main Accountabilities:

  1. To work effectively with Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team to provide comprehensive support throughout the application process.
  2. To assess new applications according to network processes and procedures.
  3. To review employment/self-employment/gaps in employment references for the last 6 years.
  4. To complete due diligence searches for individuals in line with network processes and procedures.
  5. To maintain and input application details into Broker Services Workflow.


About You:

  • You will be highly organised, computer literate, and trusted to work with minimal supervision.
  • As an Administrator, you will manage a fast-moving and ever-changing case load, requiring flexibility and the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
  • Prior administrative experience is required, although property and mortgage experience is not essential.
