About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at The LivingCare Group. This role will be one of the first points of contact for our patients, requiring an individual who is actively able to multi-task and maintain the highest customer service standards.

As a Clinical Administrator, you will be responsible for managing post-clinic administration, making onward referrals where required, responding to enquiries over email, and ensuring all processes are completed for patients booking appointments with LivingCare.

The ideal candidate will have experience of clinical administration, be IT literate, and possess a patient focus, caring and empathetic approach, and considerate nature.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-clinic administration, including data entry and filing
  • Make onward referrals to relevant healthcare services
  • Respond to patient enquiries via email and phone
  • Coordinate patient bookings and follow-up appointments
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of SystmOne requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in clinical administration
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
