About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of merchandising standards and guidelines within The Entertainer concession within Tesco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in The Entertainer brand and products, with the ability to share knowledge with the team
  • Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines
  • Product placement and replenishment, including arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup, including setting up displays and signage to effectively communicate prices and offers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products
  • Ability to use a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car (desirable)
