Child and Adolescent Health Expert

Salary:

£160,000 - £200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

Psicon Ltd is seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Health Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating diagnoses, and providing compassionate care to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive developmental histories using preferred methods/tools
  • Observing children during sessions and ensuring questions are asked in an age-appropriate manner
  • Formulating diagnoses and providing feedback to families
Requirements:
  • GMC-registered doctor with a valid license to practice
  • CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) assessments
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
