We are looking for a Clinical Expert in Neurodevelopmental Disorders to join our team at PsiCon Ltd.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Expert in Neurodevelopmental Disorders, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive autism assessments for children and adolescents aged 5-18.
- You will conduct developmental histories to evaluate children undergoing autism assessments.
- Observe the child/young person during sessions and ensure questions are asked in an age-appropriate manner.
- Review ADOS reports, developmental history, and relevant collateral information from home and school in the same session.
- Formulate a diagnosis, conclude the assessment, and provide feedback to the family in a kind and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with the MDT in cases where further information is required.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic reports within 48 hours post-assessment.
- Request onward referrals as clinically necessary.
