Job Title: Account Manager for Beauty and Medical Aesthetics

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager for Beauty and Medical Aesthetics to join our team at Black Cherry Recruitment Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global communications agency representing top brands in the health, beauty, and medical aesthetics industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile campaigns, managing client relationships, and leading a team of PR professionals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative PR strategies, building strong media contacts, and driving results-driven coverage.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies for clients across the beauty and medical aesthetics sectors.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry experts.
  • Lead a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovative PR solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the beauty and medical aesthetics industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, media, and stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Degree-level qualification in Marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
