The Veterinary Medical Information and Product Support (VMIPS) Team is responsible for maintaining regulatory integrity by identifying and completing reportable cases. With a customer-obsessed mindset, our goal is to provide outstanding service to customers.

The Customer Care Veterinary Technician is the first point-of-contact for our customers, responding to routine and complex inquiries involving Zoetis products in accordance with departmental procedures.

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior first-line customer support through easy, efficient, and empathetic interactions.
  • Answer and resolve daily customer contacts via all approved channels.
  • Speak fluently about product mode of action, disease states, patient diagnosis, treatments, and diagnostic interpretation.
  • Document reported adverse events and comply with pharmacovigilance requirements.
  • Respond effectively to routine and complex inquiries and complaints.
  • Educate customers on Zoetis product offerings and follow up as necessary.
  • Administer marketing guarantee programs to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify the best outcomes for customers.
