Partner Services Officer

We are seeking a skilled Partner Services Officer to join our team at Norgine. As a key member of our Partner Services team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of service providers to ensure compliance with our oversight procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Support preparation and review of governance data and metrics, and participate in Operational Governance Committees for outsourced activities.
- Onboard and offboard vendor resources, ensuring all required documentation is available.
- Support Service Provider training activities, including reconciliation of training plans and training compliance.
- Track and manage requests from business and business partners, escalating issues that may impact compliance.
- Coordinate review and approval of legal documents, including contracts and power of attorneys, and ensure comments are addressed and signatures collected in a timely manner.
- Support financial activities, including coordination of review of financial trackers from Service Providers, liaising with SMEs and service providers to resolve financial discrepancies/queries.
- Maintain databases: contract database, power of attorney database, vendor resource database, and request database.
- Deliver data to support inspection/audit requests and participate in health authority inspections and partner audits.
- Support major change management initiatives, including product acquisitions/integrations and product divestments.
- Support development of manuals that describe the split of responsibilities between Norgine and service providers, and co-author internal Norgine procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements that enhance performance and drive effectiveness.
- Deputise for the Operations Governance Manager.
- Experience supporting projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with service providers is desirable.
- Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
- Great prioritisation and excellent organisational skills.
- Practical operational experience working across disciplines and across multiple regions/countries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate with all levels.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse cultures.
- Willing to adapt and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, following up with stakeholders as necessary.
- Good interpersonal skills, motivated to help others with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Keen to take initiative and be proactive when communicating with team members, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Keen to develop project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
