Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our psychological therapies services
- Develop and implement effective clinical delivery models
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure robust and effective care for service users
- Contribute to the development of effective psychological care and support
- Provide consultation, support, and supervision to other professionals
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychological care and support. You will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience of working with complex and challenging cases. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
Requirements- Doctorate level training in clinical or counselling psychology
- Registration with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist
- Experience of working with complex and challenging cases
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
