Job Title: Children's Outreach Worker

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outreach Worker to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As an Outreach Support Worker, you will be stationed away from the school's main site, supporting pupils with special educational needs outside of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular outreach activities to identify and engage with pupils in need of support within the community.
  • Build trusting and positive relationships with children, offering emotional support and a non-judgmental approach.
  • Advocate on behalf of pupils to ensure they have access to the appropriate services and support systems.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of pupil interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with other outreach workers, the school inclusion team, and other education professionals to maximise support and resources.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outreach work or community support is highly desirable but not essential with the right approach and transferable skills.
  • Knowledge of local community resources and services.
  • Car Business insurance is a requirement of this role.
