Job Overview

Fortescue Zero is a rapidly expanding company that is committed to being the world leader in zero-emission power systems. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transformation Lead to join our People department and help us achieve our mission.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for driving corporate transformation and change management initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and delivering organisational development interventions and projects, and will be able to facilitate workshops and develop learning resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives and projects, conduct diagnosis to identify organisational challenges and opportunities, recommend evidence-based interventions to enhance organisational performance, partner with the people team and mid-level managers to align OD projects with organisational goals.
  • People Development: Oversee and deliver Organisational Development programs, principles, and practises to foster leadership development and talent growth across the organisation, develop power BI dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders and people systems team, ensure the effectiveness of employee surveys through high-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Development: Facilitation of leadership development programs, utilise leadership capability and competency frameworks to identify development needs, coach and mentor to support leadership development, evaluate the impact of leadership development programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Psychology or an Organisational Development-related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering organisational development interventions and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops.
  • Deep knowledge of organisational development principles.
