Job Title: Academic Records Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Records Coordinator at Chichester College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with Curriculum Administrators to ensure all course timetables and records are set up in a timely manner and in line with college policy, resulting in accurate student data.
  • To effectively utilize the student records system, MS Excel, and available reports to validate data and identify anomalies, ensuring seamless academic operations.
  • To act as a vital link between the curriculum administration teams and the Funding and Planning Team, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
