Learning Support Teacher

**About the Role:** We are seeking a Learning Support Teacher (Primary) to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and SEND, as well as the ability to tailor support to meet individual students' needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs. They will also be responsible for managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support students with SEMH needs and tailor support to meet individual students' needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of £26,000 per annum salary for this position.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
