Key Responsibilities- Administrative and Technical Management: Responsible for the administrative and technical management of a construction project, including the ability to prepare successful estimates.
- Estimate Analysis: Supports the analysis of material and subcontract to the estimating Lead on an estimate.
- Benchmarking Data: Supports the requirement for maintaining detailed benchmarking data.
- Administrative Tasks: Assists in administrative tasks for estimators and pre-construction team members.
- Estimate Preparation: Supports the team with the preparation of estimates.
- Quantity Take-Off: Uses digital measurement tools for quantity take-off in a manner and level of detail consistent with the project goals.
- Estimate Data Input: Inputs estimate data into appropriate software.
- Feasibility Studies: Assists with feasibility studies.
- Carbon Emissions Management: Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Estimating Software: Working knowledge of estimating software.
- IT Systems: Ability to use IT systems, including a good knowledge of Excel.
- Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills.
- Measurement Software: Experience of measurement software or PDF-based measurement software.
- PowerPoint: Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Presentation Skills: Good presentational skills.

- Cost Planning: Cost planning, budgeting, and estimating experience.
