Specialist Support Worker - Waking Nights

We deliver exceptional support services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and associated complex needs at Eden Futures.

Our Supported Living Services enable service users to live independently in their own homes and the community, supported by experienced professionals like you.

Rewarding Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour

Flexible Full or Part-Time contracts, including Bank options, offer a great work-life balance.

An Enhanced DBS check is required prior to employment, ensuring your safety and security.

New staff undergo comprehensive Induction Programmes, combining face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing colleagues.

Ongoing support enables new carers to complete their Care Certificate and nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support service users to achieve a fulfilling life, considering individual plans and assessed needs.
  • Safeguard service users' welfare, taking proactive measures to protect them from harm.
  • Provide emotional support, adopting a person-centred approach.
  • Assist with practical tasks, personal care, and social activities, while managing finances and medication responsibly.
  • Act as an informal point of contact for service users' circles of support.
  • Accurately report and record issues related to service users' care and support.
