The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Manage and resolve escalated complaints from clients
- Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
- Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
- Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
Key Skills:
- Previous leadership experience of a small team (desirable)
- Commercial/Business acumen
- Exceptional customer service
- Organised
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
