Role OverviewThe Guest Relations Executive is a key member of the Guest Relations department within the Rooms team. As the face of Four Seasons Hampshire, you will work alongside the Guest Relations Manager to create unforgettable experiences for our VIP guests from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a seamless arrival, memorable stay, and seamless departure for our guests.
- Provide exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations and delivering a warm and attentive experience.
- Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to plan and execute pre-arrival experiences, ensuring a tailored and personalized experience for our guests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a truly exceptional experience.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Previous front desk, concierge, or reservations experience required.
- Experience with phone and computer systems, including Opera, preferred.
