Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring that each person's needs are met.
- Administer medication and provide personal care as required.
- Participate in sleep-in sessions, providing overnight support and care.
