About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Ad Warrior. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, focusing on the individual's strengths, needs, and goals.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare providers, social workers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Support individuals in accessing community resources, services, and activities that promote their well-being and independence.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or disability studies.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a support worker role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
