Support Worker for Individuals with Disabilities

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Ad Warrior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
- Assist with personal care, household chores, and other tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
