An ideal opportunity has arisen for a caring Home Care Assistant to join our esteemed home care service based in Diss, Norfolk. About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position working through day shifts, offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.00. To be successful, you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Encouraging independence, well-being, and promoting the highest quality of care to residents
- Assisting with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene to days out and companionship
- Paid training program
- Paid DBS
- Enhanced rates for weekends and Bank holidays
- Mileage paid at 25p per mile, and we also pay travel time between visits
