">This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a purpose-built care service in the beautiful town of Poole, Dorset. Our 60-bedded home provides a mixture of nursing, residential, and dementia beds, with an additional 20 transitional beds.
About You
">We are looking for an experienced leader who can motivate their team to deliver excellent quality of care. As a Registered CQC Manager, you will be responsible for managing resources effectively, ensuring high levels of occupancy, and complying with regulatory requirements.

- Utilise your leadership skills to drive quality care and inspire your team to excel.
- Manage financial performance and occupancy levels to maintain a sustainable business model.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and NMC guidelines.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous quality improvement using clinical governance principles.
Your Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in managing large nursing homes, a good working knowledge of CQC standards, and current registration with CQC.
Salary and Benefits
">The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, reflecting the senior nature of this position.
