  2. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Growth and wider team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in paid media and wider digital marketing channels, recommending innovative and effective strategies.
  3. Ad Creative and Copywriting: Work closely with the design team, UGC content producers, and partner agencies to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Provide regular budget updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to generate insightful reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualities & Experience:
  • At least 3 years of paid media experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Wider knowledge or experience with TikTok and Pinterest campaigns, or international media management is a bonus.
  • Understanding of the impact of landing pages and website conversion behavior.
  • Interest in consumer goods across the food & drink, and healthcare & wellness spaces.
  • Confident use of data and insights to inform your decision making and improve what you do and how you do it.
  • Your verbal and written communication must be strong. You can summarize marketing performance to clients on calls and email to ensure expectations and KPIs are aligned.
