Digital Media Strategist

To drive the success of our Paid Media team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to ensure we are delivering the best work possible for our clients, while supporting the continued growth of the department through strategic decisions, team development, and constant improvements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid media strategies that meet and exceed client goals.
- Set up and manage campaigns across paid media channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Collaborate with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in client accounts.
- Prepare and present campaign reports to clients, discussing results and outlining next steps.
- Effectively manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and liaise with Account and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to the growth of the Paid Media team and wider agency through pitches, proposals, and thought leadership pieces.
- 3+ years of experience in managing significant paid media campaign budgets, including search, display, Google Shopping, and social.
- A proven track record of running high-performing paid media campaigns.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads best practices, including automated bid strategies.
- Basic knowledge of tracking across major ad platforms and GA4 with Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge of Funnel.
