Digital Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team at Organic Development LTD. As a key player in our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant platforms.
Your primary focus will be on promoting the department internally and externally, upholding excellent standards of delivery and our 'Digital for Good' ethos. You will work closely with our clients to provide expert guidance and insights, ensuring their campaigns meet their goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and implement paid media strategies that drive business results.
- Manage and support the growth of the Paid Media team and wider agency.
- Review and quality-check paid media & analytics work to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Support the development of processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead client briefs, build strategies, and set up campaigns across paid media channels.
- Analyse performance, suggest improvements, and implement changes to help reach targets.
- Work with a data analyst to audit and make recommendations on tracking configurations.
- Prepare reports and lead client calls, discussing results and agreeing next steps.
- Effectively manage and prioritise workloads, negotiate deadlines, and liaise with wider teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years' experience of managing significant paid media campaign budgets.
- A track record of running high-performance paid media campaigns.
- Commercial awareness and first-class grammar and communication skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads best practice, including automated bid strategies.
While not essential, experience with Excel/Google Sheets, basic knowledge of tracking across major ad platforms, and Google Looker Studio would be advantageous.
