About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a key member of our transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and respectful transportation of patients to various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from healthcare settings, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and transport.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience.
  • Maintain Enhanced DBS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing patient care and safety.
