Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for managing and supervising junior medical staff, ensuring they adhere to established protocols and directives. Additionally, you will participate in the Trust's academic program, driving service improvement and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and appraise junior medical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, applying them effectively in practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement service improvements, enhancing patient outcomes.
