Surveyor - Heathrow - Evander

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Evander, a leading provider of domestic and commercial glazing and locksmith services. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our surveying services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough surveys of domestic primary windows, secondary windows, and doors to record accurate measurements and design information.
- Work closely with our field management and head office teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and Right First Time.
- Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and customer skills to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Take pride in your work and maintain a high standard of workmanship at all times.
- Overcome design and ordering issues to resolution and communicate effectively with customers.
- Manage and take responsibility for your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Provide great customer communication and service, capturing and recording accurate survey information required to order products for manufacture.
- Accurately quantify all materials required to complete installations and work as part of a wider team with office and field staff.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience surveying in a domestic trade scenario.
- Significant experience producing technical documentation and adhering to regulatory mandates.
- Experience of quantifying materials in a domestic trade scenario.
- Understanding of working in a variety of domestic settings, including the social housing sector.
- Experience or understanding of installation processes and procedures in a domestic trade scenario.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills, with strong customer service skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize your workload.
