Job Title: Surveyor - Heathrow - Evander

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Evander UK, specializing in domestic windows and doors in the Sustainable sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record accurate measurements and design information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Work closely with field management and head office teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and Right First Time.
  • Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and customer skills.
  • Take pride in your own work and support the company's brand image.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and overcome design and ordering issues to resolution.
  • Manage and take responsibility for your own workload and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience surveying in a domestic trade scenario.
  • Significant experience producing technical documentation and adhering to regulatory mandates.
  • Experience of quantifying materials in a domestic trade scenario.
  • Understanding of working in various domestic settings, including social housing.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills, with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize your own workload.
