About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Evander, a leading provider of domestic and commercial glazing and locksmith services. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our surveying services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys of domestic primary windows, secondary windows, and doors in the Sustainable sector
  • Record accurate measurements and design information with a high degree of accuracy
  • Work closely with field management and head office teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and Right First Time
  • Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and customer skills
  • Take pride in your own work and support the company's brand image
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer communication
  • Manage and take responsibility for your own workload
  • Support the wider business on glazing, window, and door surveying
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience surveying in a domestic trade scenario
  • Significant experience producing technical documentation and adhering to regulatory mandates
  • Experience of quantifying materials in a domestic trade scenario
  • Understanding of working in a variety of domestic settings, including the social housing sector
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize your own workload
