Job Title: Product Manager - AI/ML Solutions

Thought Storm is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions for our healthcare projects leveraging Snowflake's data platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments, business process reviews, and current/future state gap analyses to create business requirements for analytics solutions.
  • Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and track progress, driving execution with the technical and business delivery team.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards and user expectations.
  • Monitor product performance using metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to existing products based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on AI/ML or data analytics projects.
  • Proven experience working with healthcare data, including Epic EMR, is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in developing and managing products from concept to launch.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with healthcare data, including Epic EMR.
  • Strong background in developing and managing products from concept to launch.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
