Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the highest levels of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and product quality.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability, while controlling costs and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to support their career growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the catering and retail industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field being an asset.
