Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in project management to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying from inception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Undertake and manage the cost management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay within budget and meet financial targets.
  • Lead the preparation, negotiation, and settlement of contractual documents including tenders, variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Support the development and implementation of project management strategies, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including some project management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and financial management.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and systems.
  • Experience in residential and commercial sectors is not required but would be advantageous.
