Medical Secretary Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide exceptional administrative support in the Respiratory Department at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide a comprehensive secretarial service, supporting the Diabetes pump service, typing clinic letters, and arranging clinic appointments.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care.
About the Role:
As a Medical Secretary Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including audio typing, clerical duties, and general office procedures.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the use of Medisec and EPR+ software, as well as medical terminology.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of general office procedures and Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- High standard of care and attention to detail
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
