About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume store leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance store visual merchandising.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising, to maintain a high level of store standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
- Proven retail leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other store leaders to achieve business objectives.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
